During this nourishing 3 hour immersion, you will get to experience the powerful practices of Gua Sha, Breathwork and Meditation.
Marisa will start your self care experience by teaching you how to perform a nourishing and soothing Gua Sha Facial Massage, the ancient self care and healing technique used in Traditional Chinese Medicine. During this relaxing 60 minute class, you will free the face of tension and energy stagnation, boost microcirculation to achieve plump, glowing skin, sculpt the face and promote lymphatic drainage to release toxins from the body.
After a short break, Andrea will gently guide you through a series of somatic techniques, including Breathwork and Meditation, that aim to reset your body’s natural rhythm, promote nervous system regulation, enhance clarity and energy levels, boost happy hormones, activate deep relaxation and support physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
