Refund policy
EFFECTIVE DATE: 3 February 2025
At Wild & Cruelty Free we strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases, however, we understand that there are occasions when items may need to be returned for a store credit or refund (depending on the circumstances) so we have established the following policy to ensure this process is as simple as possible.
Our Returns and Refunds Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Website Terms and Conditions.
If you are dissatisfied with a product you have purchased, you are welcome to request a refund, however we make no guarantees that your request will be approved.
We ask that you provide all relevant information to hello@wildandcrueltyfree.com.au within 14 days of purchase, including:
- Your name and email address
- Your order number and the item/s purchased
- The reason for your refund request
- Photos of the item/s, if applicable
If your refund request is approved, refunds or exchanges for physical products will only be approved for items that are returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition. Please refer to our returns policy. Where an item is eligible for a refund, we will refund the price of the item to your original payment method.
Shipping fees and the cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense and will not be refunded, unless the item/s being returned are deemed as Damaged or Faulty.
We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges where the incorrect product has been purchased, so please ensure that when you place your order, you have made a careful selection.
We do not offer refunds on Gift Cards or Online Vouchers.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Returns and Refund Policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes, and the revised policy will be effective from the date specified.
